Marc Hesse ist zu quattron \u00fcber Umwege gesto\u00dfen. Nach dem Abschluss eines Architektur-Studiums hat er zun\u00e4chst als angestellter Architekt gearbeitet und sich kurz darauf selbstst\u00e4ndig gemacht. \u00dcber eine kurzzeitige Projektmitarbeit im Bereich Baurecht und Bauprozesse f\u00fcr quattron hat er sich schnell in tiefergehende Themen aus dem Bereich Netzinfrastruktur einarbeiten k\u00f6nnen und ist geblieben. Es folgte der Gang in die strategische Ebene. Heute ist er Partner und Teil der Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichsleitung \u201eProject Management, Engineering & Business Services\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After studying architecture, I initially worked as an employed architect. Just three years later, I set up my own business with my boss at the time and then worked as a freelance architect for a total of 7 years. At that time, one of the four former managing directors of quattron called me and offered me a project in which I was initially to provide support for seven weeks in the area of construction law and construction processes. As the building construction business was very tight at the time, I accepted the offer and grew into my new area of responsibility quite quickly, so that I was soon responsible for advising one of our largest customers in the BOS digital radio sector (marketing enhancement processes). And then I quickly realized that this was a lot of fun at quattron. Suddenly I was working at a strategic level, had a steep learning curve and benefited greatly from the expertise of my colleagues in a short space of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No matter when, no matter what the question is, every team colleague is always there to help you. quattron was the best decision I ever made. Later projects for me were in the area of engineering or technology strategy development, for example. Above all, colleagues who always stood by me convinced me of quattron as an employer! Thanks to our large network, we can draw on impressive specialist knowledge and constantly learn from each other. I now speak of a friendly working relationship. We're not just colleagues, we're almost like family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even as a consultant, I was able to be very independent and enjoy the trust of partners and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal matters are also always taken into account at quattron. If the balance between work life as a consultant and private life requires it, employees are even given time off to compensate - this is not usual for employers.
