Even while studying engineering, students can gain valuable insights into management consulting for aerospace and defence through internships. ACTRANS offers challenging projects that require analytical thinking, initiative and technical understanding.
Internships usually last three to six months and offer the opportunity to take on responsibility and actively participate in client projects. Long-term employment as a student trainee is also possible.
As junior consultants, graduates are immediately involved in ongoing projects. They work on strategic, technological and transformation-oriented issues – in close collaboration with experienced consultants and the top management of our clients.
Candidates with a technical degree and a subsequent MBA or doctorate typically start at ACTRANS as consultants or senior consultants. They take on responsibility in project management at an early stage, design concepts and develop strategies for complex defence and aerospace topics.
Experienced professionals from consulting, industry or the armed forces find a platform at ACTRANS where they can apply and expand their expertise in a targeted manner.
