Selection process

If we are impressed by your application documents, you will be invited to a multi-stage selection process. This process includes one to three (digital) interviews in which we want to get to know you personally and understand your motivation to work for the public sector.

Decision

Shortly after your selection process, a PD employee will give you feedback on your interviews and inform you of our decision.

If we are a good fit, we will make you a contract offer, which we can also discuss again in a brief meeting. After signing the contract, you can start on the 1st or 15th of the month.

And you don't have to worry about your first time with us either - there is structured onboarding and we will provide you with a buddy who will accompany you during your first three months.
