Internship in pricing, sales, and strategy
As an intern, you will work on our projects as a full member of the team—you can make coffee somewhere else. You will assist us in creating workshop documents in PowerPoint and data analyses in Excel, prepare documentation of expert interviews and consultations with clients, conduct research, and also take on internal tasks to further develop our consulting services. Our goal is to give you an authentic insight into the day-to-day work of a consultant. You will be supported by a mentor throughout your internship.
All interns (including those on mandatory internships) receive attractive remuneration for their work. If you perform very well and we have a suitable position available, we are happy to take on interns as working students, and if the topic is appropriate, you can also write your thesis with us. We also have a talent program that continues to support particularly successful interns even after they leave our company until they start their careers.
You can join us with either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. A master’s degree is not a prerequisite for your further career advancement with us; we also have project managers who started working for us after completing their bachelor’s degree.
Starting as a consultant for pricing, sales, and strategy
As a consultant, you will be involved in our projects right from the start. You will be on site at the customer’s premises, independently analyzing sub-problems and developing solutions on your own. You will be supported by a mentor who will coach and assist you. Your tasks will include data analysis and developing tools using Excel and Power BI, creating documents for expert interviews and project workshops, and participating in coordination meetings with clients and your project team. You will also take on tasks related to the further development of our consulting services, such as contributing to publications and studies.
Starting as a data scientist
As a data scientist, you will support our consultants with Power BI-specific challenges in our projects. If you are interested, you can also actively participate as a consultant in data-oriented projects. You will contribute to the expansion of our Data Science Unit, create best practices and Power BI templates for customer projects, and work with us to develop an internal knowledge database for data analysis and data visualization.
You have accomplished your MBA or PhD degree? Congratulations! With these degrees, you will join us in a higher salary bracket and, if you perform well, you will progress through our development paths faster than with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. This means you can advance to project manager in a shorter time and take on far-reaching responsibility earlier.
You can join us not only as a (senior) consultant, but also as a project manager.
Project Manager for Pricing, Sales, and Strategy
To start with us in project management, you need at least five years of relevant pricing experience. Ideally, you will have broad industry experience, for example in mechanical engineering, construction, chemicals, technology, and medtech. We require a very good academic background. In addition, due to our international projects, it is important to us that you are fluent in English. You should also have very good analytical and mathematical skills, as well as a structured approach to work and strong implementation skills. You should already have experience in leading teams. We are looking for people who demonstrate a high degree of empathy, can adapt flexibly to challenges, and do not get easily flustered. You will fit in with us if you can identify with a hands-on mentality and are interested in working with our customers as a partner on an equal footing. We are looking for absolute team players who can inspire people both internally and externally and convince them of new solutions.
