Consultant
Immediately after successfully completing your studies and gaining initial internship or industry experience in consulting, you will start at TTE Strategy as a consultant. From day one, you will work directly on projects for our clients in various industries and take responsibility for your own work packages.
Senior Consultant
After your time as a consultant at TTE – or with relevant previous experience from another consultancy – you will join us as a senior consultant. You will increasingly structure, develop and manage your own modules or smaller projects independently, taking on more responsibility.
Project Leader
With several years of consulting experience in various project and industry contexts, as well as initial management experience, you will take on the independent management of our TTE projects – with a clear view of project structure and solution paths. You will have a significant influence on our working methods and actively promote the development of your team members in the project.
Principal
As a principal, you will be part of the extended management team, independently manage large projects and take on disciplinary leadership of several team members at TTE. In addition, you will actively drive and help shape TTE's business development.
Associated Partner
With a strong focus on business development and network building, you will play a central role in expanding TTE's market presence. You will use your extensive industry contacts to identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Through your high visibility (both internally and externally) and your active participation in strategic initiatives, you make a decisive contribution to the growth of the company.
