Biography and expertise

Caroline Kleist is a data and AI expert and Director of Digitalization at the sustainability consultancy Sustainable AG. She also teaches data science and artificial intelligence at DHBW Ravensburg.

After studying business administration and statistics, she started working as a data scientist in 2015 and supported companies such as Miele, Deutsche Bahn and VW in the development of AI and digital strategies.

She has been focusing on sustainability since 2024 and uses her digital expertise to support companies in their ESG transformation and establish new best practices. She and her team have supported 100+ companies of various sizes and industries on their journey from Excel to integrated and automated solutions.
