Biography and expertise

Dr. Dieter Seng has been an Associate Partner at 3con Management Consultants since the beginning of 2023. Even before that, he was no stranger to the Bonn-based management consultancy: After studying organic chemistry and completing his doctorate in Münster and Seattle, he helped shape the early days of the then still young boutique consultancy.

He moved into industry in 2006 and worked for 17 years in management positions for various specialty chemicals companies. He lived and worked in Asia for eight of those years, which is the source of his in-depth regional expertise - particularly in Southeast Asia as a growth market.

Dr. Seng's consulting work primarily concentrates on devising growth strategies for undeveloped business segments and new regional markets. He has a keen interest in translating business strategies into operational success. With his wealth of experience, Dr. Seng acts as a vital link, aligning 3con's consulting methodology with the practicalities of corporate operations.
