Biography und Expertise

Dr. Kai Magenheimer is Partner and Global Head of Manufacturing at EFESO.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Dr. Magenheimer supports international companies in the strategic design and evaluation of manufacturing and supply chain networks as well as in the conception and global implementation of operational excellence programs. His expertise also includes organizational design and the development of future-oriented factory concepts.

Since joining ROI Management Consulting AG in 2014 - now part of EFESO - and becoming a partner in 2019, Dr. Magenheimer has successfully led large-scale transformation programs in industries such as automotive, food, retail and mechanical engineering. His extensive experience in transformation projects ensures sustainable success in complex change initiatives.

Dr. Magenheimer studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and completed his doctorate at the Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Management (iwb) at the Technical University of Munich with a focus on lean management in indirect areas.
