Lars Linnekogel is the founder and Managing Partner of TTE Strategy and heads the Hamburg office. He shapes the consultancy's strategic agenda and supports management teams in translating strategies into sustainable results.
He has many years of experience in the development and implementation of corporate strategies (Strategy Design & Delivery), in the management of complex transformation programs and in the development of value creation potential. Lars Linnekogel is known for creating clarity, promoting fair decision-making processes and ensuring sustainable buy-in at all levels of an organization.
He is driven by the desire to transform strategic ambitions into measurable impact and to empower people to shape change with confidence and energy.
Before founding TTE Strategy, Lars Linnekogel worked in strategy consulting at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
He holds a Master of Science in Business Management and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD Business School.
