Herr Hesse ist seit 2005 bei quattron und in seiner Funktion als Partner und Mitglied der Leitung des Geschäftsbereichs „Project Management, Engineering & Business Servives“ auf Vertragsmanagement, Lieferantenbewertung- und –steuerung sowie Großprojektmanagement und Prozessoptimierung spezialisiert.
Since the beginning of 2020, Mr Hesse has been in charge of the Digital BOS Tunnel Radio programme for 130 railway tunnels, which must be completed by 2030.
Between 2016 and 2020, he was in charge of project management in the "Design of integrated operator station" project with the aim of developing a standardised, cross-manufacturer interface and uniform interface between the various system components.
From 2008 to 2016, Mr Hesse managed the site development of BOS digital radio in Bavaria, which was completed in 2016. The focus was on managing an external company in the context of site procurement and realisation.
Prior to this, he worked as an architect for 10 years, focusing on the development and project management of revitalisation projects. For 5 years of this time, he was a freelance architect and successfully implemented projects for DIFA, DB Real Estate, MEAG, etc., among others.
