Biography and expertise

Nina Möller is Managing Partner of Implement Consulting Group Germany, Senior Partner and member of the Board of the Implement Consulting Group at our Munich office.

She has extensive experience in designing and managing local and global business transformations in various industries. Her consulting focus is on business transformation, leadership and team development, organizational design, culture transformation and change management; complemented by training, coaching and mentoring of (executive) leadership teams.

She began her professional career 20 years ago in Abu Dhabi, where she played a key role in setting up Daman - National Health Insurance Company - a cooperation between Munich Re and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi - and headed the CEO Office there with twelve employees.

After Abu Dhabi, she moved to Germany, where she started as a strategy consultant at Capgemini Consulting. She then helped to develop and further professionalize in-house consulting at Allianz Deutschland AG, followed by a position at a smaller management consultancy.

In 2018, she joined the Implement Consulting Group as one of the first five Implementers in Germany; she has been responsible for the German business since 2022 - now with around 100 colleagues at three locations.

Nina Möller studied commercial sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
