Biography und Expertise

Norbert Haas has been a partner and director at TMG Consultants GmbH since 2012. With over 25 years of professional experience, including 13 years in the USA, he brings a broad international perspective to his projects. His professional career began with an apprenticeship as a toolmaker, followed by a degree in industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe. Before joining TMG, he worked as a senior consultant at Droege & Comp. and as a founder and managing director in the US consumer goods and software industry.

His consulting focus is on the design and optimization of global supply chain networks, logistics design and the development of digitalization strategies for SCM and Logistics 4.0. His expertise spans industries such as automotive, FMCG, retail and chemicals. In projects, he is responsible for the implementation of SCM strategies, the optimization of intralogistics systems and the design of end-to-end supply chain configurations.
