Phil Klemens is Associate Partner and responsible for the Industry Practice at Infront Consulting.

He advises leading industrial companies and hidden champions in component, mechanical and plant engineering on the development and implementation of strategies to increase their global competitiveness. His focus is on corporate and business model strategies, commercial growth in sales and service, omnichannel customer interaction and the agile transformation of industrial core organizations.

As co-author of several industry studies, including „The path to a new premium in European mechanical engineering“ and „Champions of digital transformation“, he is shaping the strategic discussion on the future of the industry.

Previously, he gained experience at Porsche and Zalando, where he gained in-depth insights into lean production, brand strategy and data-driven business models. Phil Klemens studied Industrial Engineering and Technology Management (M.Sc.) at the Technical University of Braunschweig with study visits to Singapore and Silicon Valley.
