Biography und Expertise

Rafael Pernicka is an Associate Partner at The Advisory House and an experienced consultant with over 18 years of professional experience, including around a decade in strategic and operational management consulting. He combines in-depth technical know-how with business expertise and supports companies in the successful implementation of their projects - from brainstorming to realization. His sound education includes a higher technical college for mechanical engineering in Vienna as well as three part-time degree courses: a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, a Master in Innovation and Technology Management and a Master in Executive Management - all at renowned universities of applied sciences in Vienna.

Before moving into consulting, Mr. Pernicka worked in various technical and project-related roles, including at STRABAG AG, CCI GmbH and Wien Energie. In these roles, he was responsible for national and international projects in the areas of photovoltaics, plant construction and product development - from planning to sales and operational implementation through to ongoing operation.

As a consultant, Rafael Pernicka supports his clients particularly in the areas of strategy development, product innovation, transformation and operational excellence. With his wealth of experience, analytical mindset and pragmatic approach, he is a valued sparring partner for managers and project teams.
