Biography and expertise

Sebastian Schwarz is a Principal in the management team of the logistics practice at Infront Consulting.

He started his consulting career at Infront Consulting in May 2017, and since then, he has delivered various projects across the entire service portfolio. Today, Sebastian Schwarz primarily advises clients from the logistics sector along the entire supply chain, from shippers to logistics service providers. He specialises in classic strategy issues, the implementation of the resulting concepts in business practice and the successful spin-off of companies.

Before Sebastian joined Infront, he studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Dortmund, where he worked with Fraunhofer IML on the development of a maturity model for manufacturing companies in the context of Industry 4.0.
