As Senior Manager at CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG, he is responsible for the Center of Competence for „SAP S/4HANA Change Management“. With over 15 years of international project experience, he and his team develop solutions that enable companies to implement technological changes effectively and at the same time make their structures and working methods fit for the future.

His academic background includes a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau and a Master's degree in International Business with a focus on Strategy and Innovation from the University of Maastricht.

Tobias advises companies in the automotive, healthcare, IT, software development and public sectors. With his expertise in change management, organizational development and program management, he is a reliable sparring partner for executives and management who not only want to implement digital transformation technically, but also anchor it strategically and culturally.
