Biography and expertise

Waheeda Goerlitz is a Vice President and Head of Consumer Goods & Retail at Genpact for the DACH region.

In her role at Genpact Waheeda helps Clients develop and execute their strategic agenda on digital transformation and corporate culture change, supports change program iniatiators get the political buy-in of Business Executives and Board Members for a successful transformation journey.

She shares expertise in Data, Tech, and AI, improving clients' decision-making and pinpointing high-impact transformation prospects.

Waheeda studied Economics and Business as Diplom Ökonomin and did her Master in Philosophy.  Prior to her role at Genpact, Waheeda supported Clients on their transformation initiatives during her ten years of professional career as Management Advisor.  After her consulting career Waheeda led as a Director at one of the Europeans leading FMCG companies major digital and organization transformation initiatives.  Waheeda built later as a founder firsthand tech startup experience and an entrepreneurship mindset.
