During her Bachelor's degree in Management at Witten/Herdecke University, Caroline combined theory and practice, worked on projects at a student consultancy and gained a wide range of experience - from working in a sustainability team, in the building materials industry, to marketing in retail and in-house consulting. The desire to systematically shape change in organizations and accompany digitalization led her to Copenhagen Business School, where she studied Strategy, Organization and Leadership while working in a HealthTech start-up. After graduating, she returned to Hamburg and joined Infront Consulting, where she now works as a consultant to help companies implement strategic transformations.

In the thick of it instead of just there
I was part of the project from day one: direct customer contact, close collaboration in a small team and a tangible impact on the customer. I remember my first project well - the mixture of curiosity, adrenaline and the question of what it would be like. But even after the first few weeks it was clear: at Infront you grow with every task. Learning by doing isn't just a buzzword here, it's part of everyday life, supported by experienced colleagues who share their knowledge and are always ready to listen. The mentoring program is particularly valuable for me: from day one, I have an experienced person at my side who accompanies my path, gives feedback and helps me to consciously shape the next development steps.
Project diversity and responsibility
What I find particularly exciting is the variety of topics. From logistics to insurance, in my first year I experienced very different industries, issues and framework conditions. This variety makes it particularly exciting: getting to grips with things quickly, recognizing patterns and working together to develop solutions that help our clients move forward. Infront's clear and methodical approach, which brings structure to complex situations without restricting creativity, helps here.
