„At first, I prefer to work undisturbed and focused on concepts, project management tasks or workshop designs. After lunch with my colleagues in Munich, I spend most of the afternoon coordinating with clients, internal projects and DEI initiatives.“

Can you describe a typical day in your role at Implement?
Most days are different. If I'm not on the road for workshops or training sessions, I start at home around 7 a.m. with a coffee, answer my first emails and structure my day. Around 9 a.m., I drive to the office, check in with my project team and focus on my priorities. At first, I prefer to work undisturbed and focused on concepts, project management tasks or workshop designs. After lunch with my Munich colleagues, I spend most of the afternoon coordinating with clients, internal projects and DEI initiatives. Before I leave, I briefly discuss the next day's to-dos with my project team. I usually end the day with a yoga or spinning session.
What learning and development opportunities did you find particularly valuable at Implement?
Working closely with clients from the first week has been invaluable in learning how to best support them with my expertise in leadership, culture and change. The opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while working on real-world projects has helped me build confidence and hone my skills. The trust placed in me from day one has been a huge boost to my professional and personal development. I look forward to hearing from you with any further questions!
