Pierre started at TTE as a consultant and is one of the longest employees at TTE. After developing to Senior Consultant, he took the step to Project Lead.

After completing my studies with a focus on corporate restructuring and gaining my first consulting experience at EY in the restructuring division and at BDO in transaction consulting, I read about TTE Strategy for the first time in 2018. Even the website sounded different - less distant, less „consulting from above“, but more human, clear and honest. It felt like advice with heart - something I had always been looking for. And after my first conversation with Lars, it was immediately clear to me: I absolutely wanted to be part of this project called The Team Enablers.
In the first few weeks, I realized that everything really is different here. Back then, the team consisted of just five people - all with the same passion, the same aspirations and the conviction that excellence and cooperation are not mutually exclusive. We sat in two small offices, full of energy and curiosity, and had only one goal: to achieve the best possible result together with our customers. Anything else was - and is - not an option.
Today, more than six years later, TTE Strategy has developed enormously. Our quality standards have remained the same, as has our attitude - only the scope has grown:
