The prerequisite is a university degree with an interest in digitalization, mobility, energy, or the public sector. Initial practical experience, for example through internships or working student positions, is an advantage but not a must—more important is your motivation to take on responsibility and actively participate in projects.
From the outset, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks. You will take on responsibility in customer projects, participate in workshops, and be involved in the development of strategies and digital solutions. In addition, you will benefit from internal training formats that specifically promote your professional and personal development.
accilium supports you on your career path with a structured competency model, regular feedback meetings, and transparent career paths. This gives you the opportunity to build on your strengths and develop your skills at an early stage.
Graduates with an MBA or PhD typically join accilium as Senior Associates and take on challenging tasks right from the start.
The prerequisite is an advanced academic degree and strong analytical and strategic skills. You will lead sub-projects, develop innovative solutions, and take on responsibility in stakeholder management.
As a Senior Associate, you will be part of our practice organization, which combines functional excellence with sectoral depth. In function practices such as Strategy, Performance, People, and Technology, you will build methodological and technological skills, while in sector practices such as Automotive, Mobility, Energy, and Public, you will apply these skills along our clients‘ value chains. This assignment will enable you to develop your professional skills in a targeted manner and actively shape strategic issues.
Comprehensive onboarding, regular coaching sessions, and participation in internal knowledge formats further promote your professional development and optimally prepare you for future leadership roles.
