We offer internships lasting 3-6 months, which can be started at any time. We place particular emphasis on the opportunity to gain work experience as a working student. It is particularly important to us to retain working students in the company for the long term during their studies, thereby enabling them to start their careers directly after graduation.
Interns and working students are employed across the entire spectrum of Agora Strategy Group's activities, including in particular project and client work, events and marketing, and business development. Students studying business administration, economics or political science are particularly welcome.
Für Bachelor- und insbesondere Masterabsolventen besteht die Möglichkeit, im Einstiegslevel als Analyst Teil des Teams von Agora Strategy zu werden. Hier legen wir in den ersten zwei Jahren einen besonderen Wert auf das Erlernen der notwendigen Skills und Kenntnisse für die Beratungstätigkeit. Gleichzeitig bieten wir einen Rahmen, in dem Analysts von Beginn an Verantwortung übernehmen können und die Entwicklung des Unternehmens mit gestalten können.
In principle, the requirements for graduates are similar to those for interns and working students. We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded candidates who are interested in geopolitical issues and ideally already have experience from internships in consulting firms, industry or politics. A stay abroad is a prerequisite, as is a high level of English proficiency.
Generally, we also offer the opportunity to gain extensive professional experience during a gap year, either during your studies or between your bachelor's and master's degrees.
Die Einstiegsmöglichkeiten für MBA- und PhD-Absolventen unterscheiden sich nicht wesentlich von denen für Masterabsolventen oder Experienced Hires.
A doctorate or MBA degree is taken into account when evaluating a candidate's profile and is particularly relevant when determining the level at which the candidate will join Agora Strategy. MBA candidates who already have extensive professional experience, in particular, will join the company at the level of senior consultant or manager.
Wir freuen uns immer sehr über das Interesse von berufserfahrenen Bewerberinnen oder Bewerbern. Wir bewerten je nach Umfang und inhaltlicher Nähe der bisherigen Erfahrungen zu unserer Arbeit, für welches Level sich die Bewerberin oder der Bewerber am besten eignet. Dabei ist unser Beratungsteam so strukturiert, dass es zwischen dem Einstiegslevel Analyst und der Führungsposition eines Director bzw. Partner vier Stufen gibt (Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager). Bei der Einstufung und entsprechend Einstiegsmöglichkeit ist die Berufserfahrung entscheidend. So sind für den Einstieg als Senior Consultant beispielsweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung erforderlich, für Manager oder Senior Manager 5-10 Jahre.
