What can you expect from us?
This can vary greatly. The only thing that is certain is that you will work with us on exciting projects that are as diverse as our customers. Right from the start, you will support our teams in customer projects or internal initiatives. You will use your skills to actively help solve tasks and problems. Or you will take on individual project tasks and be responsible for a small sub-project.

Im Ausland arbeiten wir dauerhaft in China (Peking), der Türkei (Istanbul) und Österreich (Wien). Zusätzlich sind wir projektbezogen weltweit im Einsatz – überall dort, wo wir für unsere Kunden echten Mehrwert schaffen. Im Praktikum ist ein Auslandseinsatz in der Regel nicht vorgesehen.
Solange du ein gutes Business Verständnis mitbringst, eine gewissen IT-Affinität besitzt und über eine hohe Lernbereitschaft verfügst, bist du bei uns richtig. Typischerweise haben viele unserer Beraterkollegen einen Hintergrund in BWL, IT, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftspsychologie.
Schon vor Deinem ersten Tag bei uns setzt sich Deine zukünftige Führungskraft mit dir in Verbindung mit den ersten Informationen. In Deinen ersten Tagen trefft Ihr Euch und Du lernst dein Team und Dein Projektumfeld kennen. Neben einer intensiven Einarbeitung in den ersten Tagen und Wochen, erwartet Dich auch eine Reihe an Basis-Trainings aus unserem Weiterentwicklungsprogramm. Zusätzlich dazu veranstalten wir mehrmals im Jahr eine sogenannte Einführungswoche, in der Du zusammen mit anderen neuen Kolleg:innen intensiv auf den Berateralltag bei CPC vorbereitest wirst.
Du hast zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, Dich weiterzuentwickeln und zu wachsen. Durch die direkte Arbeit an Projekten kannst Du Dein Fachwissen vertiefen und neue Fähigkeiten erwerben. Wir unterstützen unsere Mitarbeitenden aktiv bei ihrer Weiterbildung und bieten ein internes Qualifizierungsprogramm, sowie externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten an. Wir legen großen Wert auf individuelle Betreuung. Du wirst einem erfahrenen Kollegen:in als Mentor zugewiesen, der dich bei Deiner beruflichen Entwicklung unterstützt und Dir hilft, Deine Ziele zu erreichen.
