Our open strategy approach would not work if we all had the same knowledge. We welcome talent from all disciplines! What is important to us is analytical and conceptual thinking, a structured approach to work, a willingness to learn and openness to new topics and approaches.
We want to ensure that you can continue to develop your skills. That’s why we offer a range of internal training courses on various topics. You will also receive regular feedback, either from the project manager or during your regular development meetings.
You should plan at least four months for an internship with us, as this is the only way we can guarantee a steep learning curve and you will have the opportunity to get actively involved in customer projects.
Our clients‘ needs and challenges are unique, so there are no standard projects. Projects can last three months or even a whole year. Most projects are supported by two to three consultants.
