Together with experienced colleagues, you will drive customer projects forward from the outset and ensure the success of the project through your reliable and meticulous approach to work. As a consultant, you will assist in the preparation, follow-up and implementation of workshops, conduct independent research and analysis, and carry out (customer) interviews and surveys, which you will then evaluate. You will prepare your findings for decision-making. You will also work closely with the client and external experts. Over time, you will take on more and more responsibility for sub-project tasks and continue to expand your methodological skills. As a Senior Consultant, you will take on responsibility for (sub-)project management, be the direct contact person for the client and assume leadership responsibility for consultants.

Anders als bei klassischen (Strategie)Beratungen bist Du nicht von montags bis donnerstags beim Kunden vor Ort. Die meiste Zeit arbeitest Du von unserem Büro aus und fährst für Workshops zum jeweiligen Kunden.
Wir alle können nur unser Bestes geben, wenn wir uns wohlfühlen. Daher bieten wir regelmäßige Austauschformate, Office Lunches und Teamevents an. Ein Besuch des Oktoberfests darf dabei natürlich nicht fehlen.

Unser Open Strategy-Ansatz würde nicht funktionieren, wenn wir alle die gleichen Kenntnisse hätten. Wir freuen uns auf Talente aller Fachrichtungen! Wichtig für uns ist ein analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und die Offenheit, neue Themen und Ansätze kennenzulernen.
Wir möchten sicherstellen, dass Du Dich stetig weiterbilden kannst. Daher steht Dir eine Reihe an internen Schulungen zu unterschiedlichen Themen zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich erhältst Du kontinuierlich Feedback, sei es von dem jeweiligen Projektverantwortlichen oder in Deinen regelmäßigen Entwicklungsgesprächen.
Du solltest mindestens vier Monate für ein Praktikum bei uns einplanen, denn nur so können wir eine steile Lernkurve gewährleisten und Du hast die Möglichkeit, Dich aktiv in den Kundenprojekten einzubringen.
Die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen unserer Kund:innen sind einzigartig, daher gibt es keine Standardprojekte. Die Projekte können drei Monate oder auch ein ganzes Jahr dauern. Die meisten Projekte werden von zwei bis drei Berater:innen begleitet.
