Nein. Klar stehst du bei uns täglich vor Herausforderungen und die meistert man nur mit viel Einsatz. Aber: Das Leben besteht aus mehr als Arbeit. Und nur wer genügend Ausgleich hat, kann vollen Einsatz geben. Deshalb arbeiten wir am Wochenende grundsätzlich nicht.
During the week, we usually spend four days on site with the customer. But only when necessary. And we often work remotely. This is also becoming more and more standard for our customers. Ultimately, it's always the quality of the work that matters to us, not the quantity.

We do not set targets. We trust you and therefore rely on your performance and team spirit. This is reflected in your fixed salary, bonuses and profit sharing. What we do not offer: individual bonuses. And that is a conscious decision. In our view, this contradicts both customer benefit and team spirit.
Danach kann eine ganze Menge kommen. Denn ein Praktikum verfolgt bei uns zwei Ziele: Als Praktikant oder Praktikantin sollst du zum einen die Möglichkeit bekommen, dich auf einem Projekt als Berater oder Beraterin auszuprobieren. Vor Ort. Beim Kunden. Als Teil des Berater-Teams und mit echten Aufgaben. Was du danach weißt? Ob dir Beruf, Branche und natürlich SMP gefallen. Zum anderen wollen wir möglichst früh geeignete Beraterpersönlichkeiten erkennen und an uns binden. Läuft das Praktikum aus deiner und unserer Sicht gut, halten wir gerne Kontakt mit dir und nehmen dich in unseren Alumni-Kreis auf.
Allerdings. Wir nehmen Nachhaltigkeit sehr ernst.
How can you tell? For example, by the way we develop and implement future-proof concepts for our clients. Or by the way we track and offset our CO2 emissions internally. Or by our long-standing commitment to protecting moors. But sustainability (ESG) is also becoming increasingly important for our stakeholders: one example of this is the establishment of our own task force with approaches and methods to classify this topic for management and set a sustainable course.
