Biography and expertise

With a strong OPEX (Operational Excellence) expertise, Fernando Cruzado has led transformation programs in several industries such as chemical and engineering during his more than 20 years in business. One of his consulting focuses is the management of global implementations of OPEX programs. He also supports companies in developing and implementing their operational strategy and shaping their industrial footprint.

As part of these assignments, Fernando Cruzado has been working predominantly across Europe but also in the US and China. He brings the ability to adjust to cultural specifics and thus successfully engage and drive change in different environments. Fernando Cruzado is heading up the Chemical Industry Practice at ROI-EFESO.
