Biography and expertise

Lucas Brosi is Associate Principal at undconsorten in Berlin and an expert in agile organizational development and agile transformation. His consulting focus is on organizational design and validation, reorganization, but also IT tool development and IT implementations. He is also experienced in improving leadership performance and mobilizing all levels of management, including strategic leadership training with a focus on strategy communication, ownership and interlocking management levels.

His clients come primarily from industries such as telecommunications companies, insurance, logistics, healthcare and software.

Lucas Brosi is a certified Scrum Master (scrum.org) and Agile Software Tester (ISTQB). He holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Fribourg and a diploma with a focus on business management from SciencesPo at Aix-en-Provence.
