Biography and expertise

Michael as board member at CPC oversees International Business. In addition to several years as key account manager in the financial services and logistics industry, Michael has expanded CPC's global footprint by leading our legal units and building global partnerships. In addition, Michael lectures change management at the International Management Center Krems.

Michael has extensive experience in developing fast-growing organizations, building effective cross-cultural collaboration, and driving transformation in automotive, finance, logistics, and life sciences. With almost 20 years of consulting experience, he is a valued sparring partner of top executives and a frequent facilitator of top management workshops.

In addition to his strong foundation in project and process management, his involvement as EFQM Lead Assessor offers him a holistic perspective on levers for corporate performance. This background, along with extensive experience in Change-Management, has proven powerful in striking a balance between pursuing business goals and "human side" of change.
