Matthias Seegers completed his bachelor's degree in economics in Freiburg and his master's degree in international business administration in Vienna. During his master's degree in Vienna, he spent a semester abroad at the University of Queensland (Brisbane). In 2022, he started at quattron management consulting as a Junior Consultant and made the leap to Consultant in well under 24 months.

My way to quattron
I became aware of quattron through my own research into suitable management consultancies and immediately recognized the corporate culture. That was the deciding factor for me. An open, committed and pragmatic culture as well as the right development potential and a professional focus with prospects. So I applied as a Junior Consultant for the "Technology & Operational Consulting" division and was offered a suitable contract.
Tasks and challenges
My „internal“ and „external“ area of responsibility is super diverse and highly project-dependent. Above all, the diversity brings with it the challenge of constantly engaging with new and different technical content, as well as constantly adapting to new projects. In addition to the external challenges, the internal tasks, such as the further development of business areas, are just as demanding as they are exciting. The open exchange with senior and young colleagues is an absolute advantage.

What I would advise others to do
At the time, I thought very carefully about what I wanted and which areas interested me. I can only advise everyone to do some soul-searching in order to know exactly what they want.
