Nach dem Master in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Maschinenbau, Digitale Fabrik) startete Thomas vor drei Jahren als Consultant bei der TMG. Seither berät er produzierende Unternehmen, entwickelt effizienz- und datengetriebene Lösungen und nutzt moderne Analysetools für fundierte Entscheidungen. Parallel baute er seine Kompetenzen über zertifizierte Trainings und Mentoring systematisch aus. Besonders schätzt er die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Kollegen sowie die familiäre Kultur bei TMG Consultants – getragen von Austauschformaten und gemeinsamen Events.

A year ago, I started my career as a management consultant at TMG Consultants GmbH as a recent Master's graduate in industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering and the digital factory.
In this year, I have not only gained fascinating insights into the world of manufacturing companies with very different product variance, but have also been given the opportunity to contribute my skills, continuously develop them and get to know innovative ways of working.

A central part of my development at TMG was continuous personal development. Through external certified training and the support of experienced mentors from within the company, I was able to constantly expand my skills and knowledge - the key to TMG's success. This support makes it possible to stay on top of the latest industry trends and methodically develop innovative solutions for clients. In my first year as a management consultant at TMG's Competence Center Operations, I have not only experienced professional success, but also an inspiring and supportive community.
What really sets TMG apart is the informal working atmosphere. Whether in the office, in the home office or directly at the customer's site - TMG creates a positive and motivating atmosphere. The unique Christmas party, the cheerful summer party and the professional company retreats are not just events, but an expression of a strong community.
