Intern

As an intern, you can join us at various points in time, ideally towards the end of your bachelor’s degree or during your master’s degree. As part of an internship lasting at least 12 weeks, we offer you comprehensive insight into the day-to-day work of a strategy and management consultancy.

Possible tasks include:

  • Contributing to the development of innovative strategies and creative business models
  • Conducting market analyses and deriving strategic and customer-relevant measures
  • Supporting experienced consultants in challenging business development tasks in growth industries
  • Collaborating in the preparation and creation of workshops and presentations

Working student

As a working student, you will support our teams for approximately 15-20 hours per week. Your main tasks will be similar to those of an intern.

Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to the successful implementation of our client projects right from the start. Your tasks will include, for example, developing innovative strategies and creative business models, deriving differentiated concepts for tapping into existing and new markets, and developing tailor-made solutions for our clients. You will learn and apply our award-winning Infront consulting methods and gain insights into various industries.

Depending on your learning curve, you will be promoted to consultant after approximately 1.5 to 2 years. From the outset, you will have a mentor at your side who will provide you with advice and support and with whom you can discuss your professional development.

Selection process

That depends on the project and the client’s requirements. In many cases, we are only on site occasionally, for example for workshops, interviews, or presentations. Being present from Monday to Thursday is not the norm, but may be necessary depending on the project.

We plan our travel activities carefully and avoid unnecessary trips. At the same time, despite the digital possibilities, working at the client’s premises is still part of everyday consulting life.

With a lead time of 6-9 months, there is a good chance that we will have free capacity for an internship in the desired period. However, the fast-paced everyday life of a consultant often means that additional student support is required at short notice, so in the past we have often been able to offer internships with a lead time of one month. The best thing to do is to contact us directly and we will check the possibilities for your individual case.
