Biography and expertise

Diana Herr is a Senior Manager at CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG and has been advising clients from various industries (automotive, banking, life sciences, mining) and different business areas (IT, finance, procurement, product management, quality, after-sales) for over 16 years.

She began her career as a project manager for international rollouts and now supports clients worldwide in their strategic change projects. Her focus is on change and project management for sustainability topics. Together with her team, she has developed a cross-industry change management approach for sustainability initiatives (SustainABLE©). She and her team use this methodology to support clients in their transformation towards greater sustainability.

Diana Herr holds an MBA from Fulda University of Applied Sciences and West Virginia University, USA, and has an international business background. She is a Certified Change Management ProfessionalTM of the Association of Change Management Professionals and a certified Project Manager PMP©.
